Remember Jesus Christ, risen from the dead, the offspring of David, as preached in my gospel, for which I am suffering, bound with chains as a criminal. But the word of God is not bound!
2 Timothy 2:8-9
God's Word is not bound!
His gospel is fearlessly proclaimed;
wherever sinners can be found
let them hear the name
of Jesus, our Savior!
God's Word is not bound!
Even if His servants are chained,
they still sing with joyful sound
for the gospel is unrestrained
in Jesus, powerful Savior!
God's Word is not bound!
Speak of Jesus, risen from the dead
and let the good news abound
to sinners hungry for Messiah's Living Bread
known in Jesus, loving Savior!
God's Word is not bound!
The world will hear the message now
as Christians live and spread the gospel around
neighborhoods, cities, and nations, showing how
Jesus is the only Savior!
